Over the coming weeks, we’ll detail the data that demonstrates why each of these are barriers for Memphis. Consider this your road map. As a community, we’ll have to stop at each of these roadblocks and work together to implement evidence-based solutions over or around them so that we’re paving a way for more equitable employment opportunities for all.
