Now that MemWorks has identified the employment roadblocks that inhibit Memphians experiencing poverty from obtaining living-wage jobs, and the interventions that are most effective at overcoming these roadblocks, we have an obligation to use this information to improve employment pathways.

The final reports from the MemWorks initiative are provided below. We entreat you to use these reports to inform your workforce development efforts. By focusing on the root causes and using the most effective interventions, we can transform employment pathways in Memphis (and beyond) and help enable economic mobility for tens of thousands of our neighbors currently experiencing poverty.
